Better together

In the Polish public space, a discussion is developing as to whether the term „sisterhood” is in the Polish language dictionary and, above all, what – as an idea – it means for women. „Sisterhood” is a strategic alliance, a commonality of experience, an aura of trust, solidarity, cooperation, empathy and mutual support to strengthen the individual sense of worth.

We can build our „sisterhood” not only in private relationships (friendships and family ties), but also in the professional and business sphere. We are like sisters. We can be like sisters. It would be great to speak and think of ourselves in this way as often as possible.

The paintings in the Sisterhood series are a tribute to the bond between women.  I want them to inspire us to collaborate and reinforce each other. To draw on each other’s knowledge and experiences, to experience together, to show respect and support for each other.

 Let’s appreciate each other, exchange compliments, support in personal and professional life. Let’s cooperate more, compete less.
