INSPIRATION
Tennis is a sport that requires a combination of technique, fitness and emotion like no other. Without technique, you don’t hit the ball into the court. Without control of your head, you don’t win games, sets or matches. Is it possible to master all this by starting sports training at the age of 11 and training for less than a year? We aim to achieve this using an individual, completely innovative 4:1 program.
One of the measurable effects of mastering technique is ball speed. In men’s tennis, seniors win points by hitting forehands at 150-180 km/h. In women’s, a good result is 130-140 km/h. A young player can hit a forhand at 142 km/h and is progressing. The experiment is on…
